EQUIPMENT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Do you know the number one reason for equipment breakdowns?

LACK OF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE!!

We have two options for that dilemma:

SCHEDULED PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

For a one time fee of $45.00 we send a trained representive out to your facility to inventory and catalogue your entire inventory.  Then for a monthly fee of $26.50 per machine, we routinely inspect and maintenance your equipment.  This includes power source maintenance (load bank testing, checking fan, output cables and connections, cleaning and blowing out entire internior, checking gas solenoid), feeder (check input power connections, drive motor and drive rolls, inlet guide tube, dins connector), as well as your gun assembly (remove and replace liner, if necessary and check gas output).   Parts are additional and will only be replaced after customer approval.  Frequency of scheduled maintenance is determined based on usage.  This program offers free pick up and delivery and 10% off all labor repair charges.

REMEMBER... scheduled preventive maintenance can more than double the life of your equipment and reduce the cost of expensive down times.

ONE-TIME EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

SHOP RATE:  $65.00 per hour

PICK-UP AND DELIVERY FEE:  $8.00 each way

RATE:  $65.00 per hour plus travel time
